Refund policy

Buying jewellery online is 100% risk-free as we offer a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and must also be in the original packaging. If the products appear not in original new condition there shall be no refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We must be informed of your intention to return an item within 3 working days of receipt and receive the returned item within 14 working days of receipt. Please email customers@beyondblingjewellery.com with the subject: Return Request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer.

International Returns: Please ensure that you state you are "returning to seller" in the reason for export field on your postage label. You must also state that the item is of no retail value, as we can not accept customs charges to receive your return. Please note we do NOT refund international customs taxes and sales charges.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items, end-of-line products, or gift cards.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene. However, exceptions will be made if the earrings are defective, damaged, or receive the wrong item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
