All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped out the following working day from our base in Auckland, New Zealand.
Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to you via email. All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for – Please be careful when giving your delivery address (home or work), as we are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been shipped.
Shipping costs will be calculated once an address is entered at checkout.
- New Zealand: 1 - 4 working days - $9 shipping fee or FREE delivery on orders over $100.
- Australia: 3 - 10 working days - $20 shipping fee or FREE on orders over $250.
- Rest of the World: 3 - 20 working days - $50 shipping fee or FREE on orders over $500.
International delivery time varies depending on the country. Any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer. We can not be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or the destination's customs.

Beyond Bling Jewellery cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local duties and taxes. And we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the courier companies.
Beyond Bling Jewellery will not be liable for the subsequent costs incurred in the cases of incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from the delivery centre, causing the item to be sent back to us. An additional cost will be added to re-ship the goods to you. We are also not liable for the loss, damage or destruction to the goods because of non-delivery or if you have a non-delivery arrangement with the courier company.
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the package is delivered to the correct address and signed for by the customer as it is the customer's personal custody once it has left Beyond Bling Jewellery's premises. Once goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Multiple items purchased in a single order will be packed together to minimise waste and for ease of shipping. Requests for individually wrapped items will incur extra costs.
Please note: in the event that no one is home or delivery cannot be made, the delivery will be taken to the nearest post shop. The delivery service will generally leave a missed delivery card, which will provide the details of the nearest depot where the delivery is located. Unfortunately due to security and postal service policies, we are unable to arrange for re-delivery or pickup while the delivery is at this location. Pick-up is the responsibility of the customer and legally the person listed on the address is the only person who can pick up the delivery. If pick-up is not possible, the delivery will be returned to us and at that stage, we can either resend it to you, or we can offer a refund or credit (depending on what you prefer).
